Husna Mohammadi

Husna Mohammadi is an experienced professional in the field of speech-language pathology and mindfulness facilitation, currently serving as a Senior Speech Language Pathologist at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since October 2018, where a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion is emphasized. Alongside this role, Husna directs programs and facilitates mindfulness practices for the Mind Body Awareness Project, working with incarcerated youth and adult populations. As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist at the Regional Center of the East Bay, advocacy for families with children on the spectrum is a priority. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Ta'leef Collective, Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist and Clinical Manager at Ascend Rehab Services, and community engagement work through the Afghan American Conference. Husna holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from the University of the Pacific.
