Rebecca Aldridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people, culture, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Lead People, Culture & Strategy and Co-Acting CEO at Access Health and Community since June 2022, Rebecca has previously held key positions such as Partner Search and Advisory at Davidson and Executive Manager People & Strategy at Bayside City Council. With a strong background in change management developed during her tenure at the City of Melbourne, Rebecca has successfully designed and implemented organizational integration and transformational improvement initiatives. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Business, HR & IR from Victoria University.
