Bill Butier

Bill Butier is an experienced executive with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions and business management. Currently serving as President of Access Health Dental since 2011, Bill also founded and holds the title of Managing Member at PTC Holdings since 2009. Bill previously established Palm Tree Advisors and served as an advisor for Bay Grove Capital. Prior experience includes a Vice President role in M&A at Platinum Equity and a decade as Director of M&A Transaction Services at PwC. Bill holds a Master's degree in Business and Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
