Population Health Manager at Access Health Louisiana

Chelsie Boyer began their work experience in 2013 as a Chiropractic Assistant at ALL AMERICAN CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH CENTER. From 2015 to 2015, they served as a Health Transition Alliance Intern-Health Coaching at North Oaks Health System, where they assisted patients in adopting healthier lifestyles and provided diabetes management. Chelsie then worked as a Student Worker at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2011 to 2014. In 2016, Boyer joined Allied Chiropractic and Wellness as a Chiropractic Assistant, responsible for clinic operations and patient care. Chelsie later joined Access Health Louisiana in 2018, starting as a Health Coach and eventually becoming a Health Coach Lead. In their current position as a Population Health Manager, Boyer coordinates chronic care management programs and conducts diabetes consultations.

Chelsie Boyer obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University from 2011 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued their Master's degree in Human Nutrition from Logan University. In addition to their academic achievements, Chelsie also holds several certifications. Chelsie obtained the DPP Lifestyle coach certification from State of Wellness Inc. in October 2021. In May 2019, they obtained the Diabetes Educator Paraprofessional Level 1 certification from the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists. Furthermore, Chelsie holds a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association, obtained in November 2021.
