Jill Anderson is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in social work and population health management. Currently serving as the Manager of Population Health at Equitas Health since May 2021, Jill previously held the role of Clinical Manager at Mount Carmel Hospice and Palliative Care from January 2018 to May 2021, overseeing the psychosocial department. Jill's background includes positions as a Hospice Social Worker at two different hospice organizations and as a Medical Social Worker/Bereavement Coordinator at Community Home Health & Hospice.
