Jon Chandler, PsyD, MP has a diverse work experience in the field of psychology. Jon started their career as a Psychology Intern at Sharper Future in 2006. Jon then worked as a Clinical Psychologist at California Institution for Men from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they served as a Clinical Staff Psychologist at California Men's Colony from 2012 to 2013. Jon pursued their education at Alliant International University and was a Medical Psychologist Candidate from 2011 to 2013. Jon then worked independently as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist from 2013 to 2020. During this time, they also worked as a Licensed Medical Psychologist at a Private organization, where they assessed, diagnosed, treated, and prevented disorders of the mind, prescribed psychotherapeutic treatments, and administered medications. Jon currently holds the position of Medical (Prescribing) Psychologist at Access Health Louisiana since September 2020.

Jon Chandler, PsyD, MP has an extensive education history. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Texas Southern University. Following this, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Alliant International University-Los Angeles and earned a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Clinical Psychology. In 2011, Jon completed their education at Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay, receiving a Post-Doctoral Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology. Apart from their formal education, they also obtained a Healthcare Provider BLS/AED certification from the National Health and Safety Association in September 2022.
