Neeraj Kothari

Neeraj Kothari is an experienced professional in strategy and corporate finance, currently serving as AVP - Strategy and Corporate Finance at Access Healthcare Services since February 2018. Previously, Neeraj held various roles including Senior Director and Lead Director at Access Healthcare Services. Prior to that, Neeraj was Head of Corporate Finance at Prodapt Solutions, where responsibilities included managing corporate actions, conducting research for new ventures, and overseeing financial due diligence for acquisitions. Neeraj also served as Manager - Strategy and Corporate Finance at Prodapt Solutions, leading the integration of a Netherlands-based acquisition and fostering strategic partnerships with global telecommunications companies. Early career experience includes positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant at KPMG, and Consultant at Dandeker Capital Consulting. Neeraj holds an ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an LCS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
