Arvind Perumbala (he/him)

As vice president of business development, Arvind Perumbala acts as a catalyst for our growth and service delivery operations. Working closely with our multiple organizational groups, Arvind is engaged in new product development, developing strategic partnerships, and organic and inorganic growth for the company.

Arvind brings over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy, solutions design, organizational development, program/project management. Arvind was instrumental in developing Access’s technology suite, arc.in, which includes workflow automation, workforce automation, and innovative business intelligence applications. He has been leading Access Healthcare’s go-to-market strategy for Apps services and Technology.

Before Access Healthcare, Arvind headed the Application Development division at Dell Services Business Process Solutions for ten years. He was responsible for application services delivery, process automation, new product development, and program management in this role. A holder of several patents, Arvind focuses on building technology solutions to drive profitability and cost savings in large-scale business process services programs. A book by Management Guru CK Prahalad and Prof MS Krishnan, “The New Age of Innovation”, profiled some of these innovations.

Arvind has a bachelor’s degree in Physics and has completed a Program for Leadership Development (Executive Education) from Harvard Business School. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
