Mahi's career includes significant positions at Dell as Counsel Advisor, handling legal matters in facilities and HR, and at Perot Systems as Assistant Manager - Compliance. Previous experience encompasses roles as Law Officer at Integrated Enterprises India Private Limited and Junior Advocate at the Chennai High Court, with expertise in litigation and corporate governance. Mahi holds a B.A. LL.B degree from Dr. Ambedkar Govt Law College, Pondicherry, completed in 2002.
