Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management positions at Melrose Hotel Company, Enchantment Resort, and Hotel del Coronado. In 2003, they founded Access Residential Management, a property management company specializing in high-end residential properties. In 2006, they founded Access Hotels & Resorts, a hotel management company that owns and operates luxury hotels and resorts around the world.
