Community and Property Management

The Community and Property Management team at Access Management Group is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of homeowner and condominium associations. This includes managing property maintenance, coordinating board and annual meetings, preparing annual operating budgets, and handling financial statements and assessment fee collections. The team works closely with boards and homeowners to ensure the community is well-managed and compliant with covenants, bylaws, and governing documents.
