Cheryl is a Policy Analyst in Access Partnership’s Asia office with an interest in understanding how public policy, technology, and building a fairer world can collide. Prior to Access Partnership, Cheryl garnered experience researching for the Singapore government in areas of emerging technologies and contributed to research projects surrounding fintech and health tech innovation at a think tank. Eager to understand different perspectives in the tech space, she was also a research volunteer with a UK-based non-profit organization looking at how to make AI more accessible during her time in London.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Relations and Economics from the School of Oriental African Studies (SOAS) in London with a focus in East Asia.
