Ethan Mudavanhu

Ethan Mudavanhu is a seasoned professional in the field of telecommunications and technology law, currently serving as a Space and Spectrum Policy Analyst at Access Partnership since October 2021. Additionally, Ethan holds the role of SG Vice Rapporteur for ICT & the Environment at the International Telecommunication Union since December 2022. As a Capacity Building Co-lead at the Innovation Law Club Africa since November 2020 and former Treasurer at Africa Policy Conversations, Ethan has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Previous experience includes serving as a United Nations IGF Youth Ambassador with the Internet Society and as a Tech Law Advisor at EndCode. Ethan's academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Information and Communication and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand.
