Oluwaseun Deborah Peters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Their most recent position is as the Chief Financial Officer at Access Pensions, a company they joined in 2022.

Prior to that, Oluwaseun founded and served as the Visioner/Founder of The Debb's Touch since 2017.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Accelerex Holdings.

Oluwaseun Deborah Peters began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Redeemer's University between 2005 and 2009. During this time, they also pursued and obtained the ACA (Accounting, Finance, and Management) qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria from 2006 to 2008. In 2009 and 2010, Oluwaseun pursued further studies in Economics by completing an ACE (Associate of the Chartered Economists) program at The Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.

Later, in 2014 and 2015, Oluwaseun attended IE Business School and completed a Global Master in Finance degree, specializing in the field of Finance. In addition to their formal education, Oluwaseun also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional development. These certifications include the Birkman Global Accelerex Leadership Development Program from Birkman in April 2021, the Managing the Company of the Future course from the University of London and London Business School on Coursera in March 2019, and the Leadership in a New Era course at Tsinghua SEM by McKinsey on edX in February 2019.

Furthermore, Oluwaseun acquired the Inclusive Leadership Professional Certificate from Catalyst Inc. in October 2018, the Digital Transformation in Financial Services certificate from Copenhagen Business School in January 2018, and the Harvard Micro-Certification Programs: Developing Talent Through Feedback and Coaching and Foundation of Business Communication from Harvard Business Publishing in February 2016.

Lastly, Oluwaseun obtained the Global Consumer Business Foundation Learning Curriculum Certificate and the Global Financial Services Industry Foundation Learning Curriculum Certificate from Deloitte in March 2015.
