Kristian F. Humer

Kristian F. Humer currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at 4D Molecular Therapeutics since November 2025. Prior to this, Kristian held the same position at Foghorn Therapeutics Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Business Officer at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. spanning from July 2021 to September 2023. Kristian's extensive experience in healthcare investment banking includes a notable tenure at Citi from January 2010 to July 2021, where roles progressed from Associate to Managing Director. Additional experience includes positions at Nomura, Lehman Brothers, UBS, and Merrill Lynch. Kristian holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Economics from the University of Reading.
