The Operations Team at Access Point is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our healthcare-focused call center and telehealth solutions. Led by the Director of Operations, this team, which includes an Operations Manager and Project Managers, oversees day-to-day activities, manages resources, and implements projects to improve efficiency and service quality. Their primary goal is to optimize operational processes in order to enhance the patient experience and meet the evolving needs of our clients nationwide.
