Lisa Phillips has a diverse work experience, starting in 1993 with Lincoln Property Company, where they served as a Midwest Certified Trainer and later as a Property Manager. Lisa then moved on to Appletree Answering Service, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Quality and Education and Director of Operations. Lisa joined Stericycle in 2012 as the Director of Education, overseeing learning and development programs. In 2018, Lisa joined Call Center Sales Pro as a Senior Operations Consultant and later became the VP of Operations. Currently, Lisa is the Director of Operations at Access Point, starting in August 2022.

Lisa Phillips attended Cardinal Stritch University from 1996 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1987 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
