Bill Tsuei

Bill Tsuei currently serves as the Chair of the Information Technology Committee at the California Transit Association since March 2024. Additionally, Bill holds the position of Chair for the Technologies for Vehicle Automation & Connectivity Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors at the American Public Transportation Association since October 2016. Bill has also served as the Director of Information Technology at Access Services from January 2017 and was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Valley Metro RPTA from March 2015 to January 2017. Bill's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tamkang University, a Master of Accountancy & Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University, and studies at UCLA Anderson School of Management and National Chengchi University.
