Mukagali Beisembayev

Mukagali Beisembayev has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Mukagali is currently working at Access Softek as a Scrum Master (SAFe), where they are responsible for facilitating program increment planning and iteration execution for two core product engineering teams. Mukagali optimizes the flow of continuous value delivery for respective value streams and drives data-driven decisions through metrics for Agile release train performance.

Prior to this, Mukagali worked at Tengizchevroil as an Agile delivery manager/Scrum Master (SAFe). Mukagali played a crucial role in facilitating schedule optimization for product delivery, managing geographically distributed and cross-functional engineering teams, and supporting stakeholders from various departments to make data-driven business decisions.

Before joining Tengizchevroil, Mukagali worked at Kazakhtelecom JSC as a Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master. Mukagali also gained experience at ARTA Software LLP as a Senior Delivery Manager/Portfolio Manager, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager.

Additionally, they worked at Dynamics Technologies as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to backend and frontend development, and at NSART as a Software Engineer. Mukagali also had an internship at Altyntau Resources JSC as a Software Engineering Intern.

Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in Agile methodologies, program management, risk management, stakeholder management, and driving Agile transformation.

Mukagali Beisembayev obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in multimedia computing from the University of Bradford, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from INTI, where they studied from 2010 to 2013.

Furthermore, Mukagali has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In November 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. In August 2019, they achieved the certification of Professional scrum master from Scrum.org. In December 2018, Mukagali obtained the certification of Agile scrum professional from ScrumTrek.

Moreover, they have earned multiple certifications related to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In December 2022, they acquired the certifications of Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Professional Scrum Master™ II (PSM II) from Scaled Agile, Inc. In March 2023, they achieved the certifications of Certified SAFe® 6 Advanced Scrum Master and Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, also from Scaled Agile, Inc. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.

Lastly, in October 2019, Mukagali completed the Advanced JavaScript Concepts course from Udemy.
