Svitlana Deordytsia

Svitlana Deordytsia has extensive work experience in the field of risk management and quality assurance/quality control engineering. Svitlana started their career at Public Joint Stock Society "Dongorbank" in 2008, where they worked as an Economist in the Department of Credit Risk until 2011. Svitlana then joined Public Joint Stock Society "Ukrainian Development Bank" as a Risk Management Analyst and worked there from 2011 until 2016. Following that, Svitlana worked at Ukrgasbank as a Senior Risk Management Analyst from 2016 until 2017. Svitlana then transitioned to SoftServe and served as a QA/QC Engineer from 2017 until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of QA/QC Engineer at Access Softek, starting in 2019.

Svitlana Deordytsia obtained their High School Diploma in Finance from the International University of Finance from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned another High School Diploma from Donetsk National Technical University from 2002 to 2007, specializing in Automation Engineering of the Integrated Systems. Additionally, they hold certifications including ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from GASQ, obtained in December 2018, and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July 2020.
