1. Access Softek (2012-present):
- Vice President of Product: Collaborated with the executive team to drive company strategy and achieve 10x staffing and revenue growth over 10 years. Built a 25-person product management and UX design organization from scratch and implemented agile requirements, customer centricity, design thinking, and behavioral specifications.
- Director of Product Management, Online Banking: Developed a new digital banking SaaS product, leading to enterprise adoption with 60+ credit unions. Collaborated with beta customers to refine requirements and designs, and served as the primary sales engineer for major sales.
- Implementation Project Manager: Managed customer-facing software implementations for financial institutions, serving as the main point of contact and troubleshooting and configuring SaaS applications.
