Ghaisaa Afiouni

Ghaisaa Afiouni possesses extensive experience in program management, serving concurrently as a Program Manager at both the Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services and ACCESS since March 2002. Responsibilities include implementing employee relations techniques and developing performance evaluations to enhance staff productivity and morale. Previously, Ghaisaa Afiouni worked as a Journalist for Al-Liwaa Newspaper in Beirut from December 1988 to January 1991, focusing on reporting living conditions and advocating for the rights of marginalized communities. Ghaisaa Afiouni holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development/Management from Spring Arbor University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Lebanese University (1987-1990).
