Tiffane Cochran has over a decade of work experience, primarily in research and analysis roles. Tiffane Cochran completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, attending from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in Higher Education from the University of Maryland, studying from 2010 to 2012.
