Tiffane Cochran has over a decade of work experience, primarily in research and analysis roles. Tiffane is currently serving as the Vice President of Research at AccessLex Institute, where they lead a team of 12 in conducting research on critical issues facing law students. Prior to this, they held the positions of Managing Director of Research and Director of Research at the same organization. Tiffane also worked as a Research Analyst at AccessLex, where they supported the goals of access, affordability, and value in legal education.

Before joining AccessLex Institute, Tiffane worked at the University of Maryland as a Research and Policy Analyst in the Office of Institutional Research Planning and Assessment. Tiffane also served as a Graduate Assistant in Institutional Research and as an Admissions Representative in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the university.

Tiffane's earlier experiences include working as a Program Support Assistant at the U.S. Department of Education's National Center for Education Statistics, an Intern at the Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP), a Student Advisor at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, and a Volunteer Client Development Officer at Inspire, Inc. Tiffane also worked as a Consultant at Monitor Group.

Throughout their career, Tiffane has demonstrated a strong commitment to research, data analysis, and promoting data-informed decision making in the education sector.

Tiffane Cochran completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University, attending from 2002 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in Higher Education from the University of Maryland, studying from 2010 to 2012.
