Alison Elmore Chartered FCIPD has over 20 years of experience in HR, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director for accesso. Alison'scertifications also include being a Situational Leadership II Trainer from The Ken Blanchard Companies, obtained in January 2009, and Occupational and Psychometric testing at BPS Level A and B from SHL, obtained in January 1999.
