Director Of Communications And External Affairs at Association County Commissioners of Georgia

Schuyler Harding has a diverse work experience in various communication and public relations roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Communications and External Affairs for the Association County Commissioners of Georgia, where they are responsible for managing all Association communication and serving as the official spokesperson. Prior to this role, Schuyler served as the Director of Communications and Communications Manager for the same organization, where they oversaw the day-to-day communication initiatives and designed tailored messaging for various programs. They also have experience as a Program Assistant for the VCU Division for Health Sciences Diversity and as a Legislative Aide for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives. Their intern experience includes working for the Georgia House Democrat Offices.

Schuyler Harding holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mass Communications, with a specialization in Strategic Public Relations, which was obtained from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, Schuyler completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism, with a focus on Public Relations, at Georgia State University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Schuyler also obtained a certification in "Speaking Confidently and Effectively" from LinkedIn in July 2021.
