Peter Fletcher

Peter Fletcher has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including stints as a Chief Information Officer for both Barclays Bank and the Bank of New Zealand. Peter is currently the Deputy Chief Executive for Enterprise Change Delivery at the Accident Compensation Corporation.

Fletcher began their career at Westpac New Zealand Limited in March 2012, where they served as the Chief Information Officer for two years. Peter then moved to Barclays Bank in October 2006, where they served as Co Chief Operating Officer - IT Production and Head of GRB Technology Centre Singapore for six years. In July 2002, Fletcher became the Chief Information Officer for the Bank of New Zealand, a position they held for four years.

Fletcher has a proven track record of leading successful IT initiatives and teams. Peter is an expert in change management, and has successfully implemented several large-scale projects during their career.
