Caryn Dipaola

Caryn DiPaola is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in operations and human capital management. Currently serving as a Marketing Representative at Accident Insurance Company, Inc. since April 2022, Caryn focuses on providing workers' compensation solutions for small-to-mid-sized employers across 14 states. Previously, Caryn held the position of VP of Operations for New Mexico at INVO PEO and worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at Mosaic HCM, where the expertise in tailoring the Kronos Workforce Ready platform to meet company needs was honed. Prior experience includes a decade as President of OnePayHR, LLC, delivering comprehensive HCM solutions. Caryn DiPaola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Real Estate from New Mexico State University.
