As a Helpdesk Technician, JaeDen Brown is responsible for providing computer hardware, software, telephone, and audio/video technical support to Accion staff, and helping manage the organization’s IT needs. Based in the Washington, DC office, JaeDen works with staff across the organization. JaeDen brings to Accion experience in computer repair and customer service, and he holds a number of nationally recognized IT certifications.
