Mariana Aguirre serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Past experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
