Joseph Gigantone

Joseph Gigantone is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at ACCIONA since July 2024, Joseph plays a key role in the Acciona-DMCI Joint Venture for the South Commuter Railway Project. Prior to this position, Joseph spent over a decade at First Balfour, progressing from Procurement Supervisor to Senior Manager, where responsibilities included procurement and materials inventory management for multiple significant projects such as the 20MW Tanawon Geothermal Power Plant and the construction of a major bridge project in the Philippines. Joseph's early career included a role as Process Engineer at San Miguel Corporation after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bicol University.
