Macarena Carrión

Ms Carrión has been Chief of Staff at ACCIONA since 2009. Before this post, between 2007 and 2009 she was Assistant General-Director and Director of the Chairman’s Office at Endesa. During this period, she was also a member of the Board of Directors of Chilectra (the Chilean Electricity Company).

She has also been Director of Business Legal Advice for Vodafone Spain, Secretary of the Board of the Vodafone Foundation and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Vizzavi España S.A. from 2001 to 2007.

Between 1995 and 2000, she served as Director of Legal Advice for AGF Unión Fénix S.A. (now Allianz), Secretary of the Board of Directors and Legal Adviser for Fénix Directo Insurance and Reinsurance Company, Inverfénix Real Estate, Fénix Systems, Unión Inversora Internacional, Unión Técnica Internacional, Informática y Servicios Financieros.
