Miguel Sarabia

Miguel Sarabia is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within prominent law firms and organizations. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ACCIONA since May 2019, Miguel specializes in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, as well as due diligence processes. Prior experience includes an associate position at King & Wood Mallesons and a legal role at DLA Piper, where Miguel contributed significantly to loan and credit agreements, among other legal functions. Additional experience includes legal consultancy at CEMFI, pro bono legal work at ICAM, and an internship with the United Nations, focusing on counter-terrorism legislation.
