Víctor Manuel González Sastre

Víctor Manuel González Sastre is a seasoned professional in facility management and business development, currently serving as Director of ACCIONA Facility Services México since June 2025. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, González Sastre was previously the Regional Director for Latam at ISS A/S from October 2022 to June 2025, and served as Regional Account Director at ISS Facility Services - Mexico from 2016 to 2022. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Regional Leader for Mexico, Central America & Caribbean at CBRE and Managing Director for the HP LAR Region at ISS Facility Services - Mexico, overseeing operations in 11 Latin American countries. From 2002 to 2012, González Sastre was Vice President at JLL, managing significant regional and global accounts for high-profile clients. González Sastre holds an MBA from the University of Dundee and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de América.
