Kathleen Hood

Kathleen Hood has extensive experience in the accounting and finance field. Kathleen started their career at Fortune Brands Home & Security in 1994 as a Senior Staff Accountant and worked their way up to the position of Director and Assistant Controller. In this role, they were responsible for directing segment accounting, reporting, and financial planning. Kathleen also played a key role in the preparation of financial statements and other materials related to the offering and sale and spin-off of the ACCO office products segment. In 2006, Kathleen joined ACCO Brands where they held several roles, including SVP, Chief Accounting Officer, and VP, Corporate Controller. In these positions, they led the chief accounting officer's function, overseeing controllership, external reporting, SOX compliance, and income tax. Kathleen was also responsible for setting global accounting policies, coordinating with global team members and external auditors, and providing guidance on accounting and internal control issues. Kathleen left ACCO Brands in 2020.
