Ken Saxon

Ken Saxon, CEP, has extensive experience in compensation analysis with a focus on equity compensation. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Equity Compensation at ACCO Brands since April 2023, Ken previously held positions as Senior Compensation Analyst at Baxter International Inc. from March 2022 to April 2023, as well as at Hillrom from July 2008 to March 2022, where Ken progressed from Compensation Analyst to Senior Compensation Analyst. Earlier in Ken's career, a role as Client Service Manager for Stock Plan Services at Fidelity Investments spanned from November 1997 to July 2008. Ken earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington.
