Clyde Haynes

Clyde Haynes is a seasoned professional in talent development and corporate training, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Training at ACCO Engineered Systems since July 2021. In this role, Clyde is responsible for creating and managing training strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. With extensive experience as an independent consultant, Clyde has provided executive coaching and leadership development, and has designed various training initiatives across multiple organizations including National Instruments as Chief Talent Development Business Partner and Apple as Learning & Performance Architect. Clyde's background includes significant roles at Electronic Arts, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on training management, strategic development, and operational leadership. Clyde holds a Master of Arts in Adult Learning & Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
