Tomasz Oktaba

Tomasz Oktaba has a diverse and extensive work history in project management and development. Tomasz began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager at Mace Group and later served as a Senior Project Manager at Caledonian Project Management. In 2008, they worked as a Development Manager at Limitless before joining CB Richard Ellis as the Director Head of Building Consultancy Poland in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, Tomasz had their own consulting practice, where they worked as a Project Management External Consultant for companies like King Sturge, JLL, and Obermeyer. Tomasz then joined Prologis in 2013 as the Director and Head of Project Management Poland, overseeing 20 new build projects and participating in acquisitions and dispositions activities. In 2018, they joined JLL as an Associate Director, responsible for managing various fit-out works and investment monitorings. From 2019 to 2022, Tomasz worked at First Property Group as the Investment and Construction Director, and later as an External Project Management service provider. In 2020, they moved on to Strategic Logistics Polska, where they served as the Head of Development and Construction. Currently, Tomasz is the Director of Project Management at Accolade Group since 2022.

Tomasz Oktaba obtained a Master's Degree in Engineering and Management from Warsaw University of Technology from 1995 to 2001. Tomasz also holds additional certifications, including CCIM and MRICS.
