Brandy Silverman, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Implementations at Accolade, Inc. since August 2019, following a role as a Senior Project Manager at 2nd.MD. Prior experience includes serving as the Payroll and Implementation Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from December 2015 to August 2019, where strategic and procedural enhancements were developed in collaboration with the ownership team to improve business scalability.
