Brandy Silverman

Brandy Silverman, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Customer Implementations at Accolade, Inc. since August 2019, following a role as a Senior Project Manager at 2nd.MD. Prior experience includes serving as the Payroll and Implementation Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from December 2015 to August 2019, where strategic and procedural enhancements were developed in collaboration with the ownership team to improve business scalability. Brandy also held the position of Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Education from September 2000 to January 2004, overseeing the GAANN grant program, and worked as a Finance Policy Analyst at the Maryland Higher Education Commission from June 1999 to September 2000, focusing on budget and program analysis for capital construction projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BASW) from Salisbury University, along with a certificate in Integrative Health Coaching focusing on Nutrition and Wellness from Duke Integrative Medicine.
