Brian Lindsey

Brian Lindsey currently serves as the Head of Capacity Planning at Accolade, Inc., a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include building and leading a team of forecasters and staff planners to enhance member service and healthcare outcomes. Prior to this role, Brian spent 25 years at Fidelity Investments, holding various leadership positions such as Tribe Leader for Employee and Associate Content, VP of Survivor and Retirement Readiness, and VP of Capacity Planning and Operations, along with several call center leadership roles. Brian earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University between 1999 and 2002.
