Drew Garner

As the executive vice president of engineering, Drew Garner leads the engineering and technology functions across the entire platform and portfolio, paving the way for scalability and innovation. Garner also serves as head of Accolade’s offices in Prague, Czech Republic.

In his role, Garner cultivates a culture grounded in continuous integration and delivery principles, facilitating rapid transitions of feature improvements from testing to production in streamlined, meticulously tested software components. This methodology allows members to quickly pilot and reap the benefits of the most recent advancements. In addition, his tech teams adeptly blend technology to strengthen Accolade care teams' interactions with members and their families. This approach offers millions of people access to innovative solutions through a global team passionately committed to redefining healthcare.

Before joining Accolade, Garner was senior director of Cloud Services at Concur, a cloud-based travel and expense management company. In this role, he played a pivotal part in scaling the business amidst rapid global growth, across multiple technology functions, while also establishing development labs in multiple countries. Garner's diverse experience spans development, public/private cloud infrastructure and automation tooling, and platform architecture.

Garner received his Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from Central Washington University.
