Eric Boston

Eric Boston is an accomplished design professional and fine artist with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design, product management, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of Design at Accolade, Inc., Eric leads a team of 13 UX professionals across multiple locations. Previously, Eric held key positions at notable companies including REI, Alaska Airlines, and Capital One ShareBuilder, where strategic initiatives resulted in significant revenue and user experience improvements. As a fine artist, Eric is dedicated to exploring artistic expression through oil painting, utilizing an impasto palette knife technique. Eric holds a B.A. in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Washington State University.
