Robert Cavanaugh

As President of Accolade, Rob leads the company’s human resources, operations, sales, business development, and implementation services business. He joined Accolade in 2015, and under his leadership, the company has seen strong market and customer growth across sales and service delivery, which contributed to Accolade’s successful IPO in July 2020.

Rob formerly served as President, Worldwide Enterprise, SMB and Government at Concur, where he held several leadership positions over his 15+ years. He was formerly Concur’s Executive Vice President of Client Development, Executive Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Director of Client Services. Prior to joining Concur, Rob served as an officer in the United States Army Reserve from 1991-2000, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University.

Rob sits on the boards of Cornerstone on Demand, a global people development company that provides pioneering solutions to help organizations and individuals navigate the new world of work and realize their potential at work, and Covenant House of Georgia, a non-profit organization offering a broad range of essential services.
