Toni Lo Sasso is a seasoned professional in product management and user experience with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management & User Experience at Accolade, Inc. since 2014, Toni has successfully led teams in creating integrated visual experiences that drive engagement and improve clinical care management. Previously, Toni held several key positions at Accolade, including Director of User Experience and Senior Manager of User Experience, where significant contributions were made to the development of care management platforms and rebranding initiatives. Toni's prior role as Principal of User Experience at KonciergeMD resulted in the design of an innovative pediatric care application, enhancing communication between parents and healthcare providers. With experience in various design roles at organizations such as Addesso, Inc., SAFARI Montage, Charming Shoppes, and Ciber, Toni possesses a solid foundation in graphic design, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Arcadia University.
