Christina Stathopoulos started their career as a Summer Research Student at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 2012, where they worked under Dr. Andrei Holodny and Dr. Kyung Peck in radiology. Christina conducted research on the clinical practices of functional magnetic resonance images (fMRI) and participated in over 20 fMRI procedures. During their time there, they wrote a 10-page review article for publication in Imaging in Medicine.

After completing their internship, Christina had various roles at different organizations. Christina worked as a Writer, Editor, and Layout Director of The BlackStick Review at Mount Holyoke College in 2013. Later that year, they interned at Dunow, Carlson & Lerner Literary Agency. In 2014, they became a Seasonal Sales Ambassador at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America and also served as a Hops Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Hampshire College. Christina then worked as an Assistant Agent at Dunow, Carlson, & Lerner Literary Agency from 2014 to 2015. Their next role was as the Managing Editor at Eventsy from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Christina founded Hear Their Roar, where they currently serve as the Founder & Head Coach. In addition, they joined Accomplishment Coaching in 2017 as a Leader in Training.
