Craig Cassey

Craig Cassey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Craig served as a Life Coach at Capital Center for Psychotherapy and Wellness since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Life Coach at Accomplishment Coaching, where they provided one-on-one coaching and presented mindfulness workshops. Craig also has a background in founding and leading Stonewall Yoga, an LGBT community yoga program, where they recruited members and managed a team of yoga teachers and assistants. As a Board of Directors member at Spark The Wave, Craig developed training procedures, expanded programming, and taught leadership and nonprofit management to high school students. Craig also worked as the Director of Outreach and Volunteers at Pride Fund to End Gun Violence, where they grew the volunteer base and organized campaign events and media coverage. Additionally, Craig has experience as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University, where they designed and implemented wellness curriculum and managed a team of teaching assistants. Craig also served as the Education, Human Resources, and Operations Manager at H. Innovation, overseeing HR and conducting training sessions. Craig's work also extended to civic engagement as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner for DC Government, where they represented constituents and advocated for various causes.

Craig Cassey received their Bachelor of Science in Justice and Peace Studies from Georgetown University in 2015. During their time at Georgetown, they also studied Philosophy. In 2016, they pursued an Executive Certificate in Social Impact at the University of Pennsylvania.
