Isaac Quiroga has a diverse work experience in various industries. Isaac started their career at New York University as an Adjunct Voice Professor from 2005 to 2007. Isaac then joined HIT Entertainment as a Broadcast Coordinator from 2008 to 2010, and later became a Manager, Broadcast Distribution for the US and Latin America from 2010 to 2012.
In 2012, Isaac joined Mattel, Inc. where they held several roles. Isaac first served as Manager, Broadcast Distribution and Marketing for the US Hispanic and Latin America division from 2012 to 2014. Isaac successfully negotiated TV licensing and co-production deals and managed multi-million dollar budgets.
From 2014 to 2017, Isaac worked as Sr. Manager, Global Digital Content Strategy and Distribution at Mattel, Inc. Isaac excelled in implementing data-driven global digital content distribution strategies and partnered with digital-first agencies to maximize distribution and production of branded content.
In 2017, Isaac was promoted to the role of Vice President, Digital Engagement Group, Digital Marketing at Mattel, Inc. Isaac oversaw the global YouTube marketing business, built productive relationships with content partners, and orchestrated a portfolio of short-form programming.
Currently, Isaac Quiroga is working at Accomplishment Coaching as a Leadership and Life Coach. Isaac provides guidance and support to high-potential employees, helping them maximize their personal and professional potential.
