Amar Belgat

Amar BELGAT has extensive experience in human resources and cultural transformation, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources (Talent & Culture) for Accor, overseeing operations in the Middle East, Africa, India, and Turkey since December 2007. Amar's career within Accor features various roles, including Regional Director positions and Country HR Project and L&D Manager in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this, Amar held several educational roles, including French Teacher and French Cultural Cooperation Officer. Amar's academic background includes a PhD in Corporate Organizational & Cultural Transformation from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, along with executive education certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School, focusing on talent management and organizational culture.
