Ian Charlton

Ian Charlton serves as the General Manager of Peppers Salt Resort & Spa, Mantra on Salt Beach, and Bale since April 2022, overseeing 450 apartment guest rooms and multiple conference and event spaces. Previously, Ian held the position of Area General Manager for seven properties in Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, earning multiple award nominations, including HM Awards and Queensland Restaurant & Catering Awards. Ian's extensive experience includes roles such as General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager at QT Hotels and Resorts, during which Ian significantly enhanced guest satisfaction and received numerous accolades for food and beverage offerings. Education includes a B.S. in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico, and coursework at Griffith University.
