Kirk Westaway

Kirk Westaway is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently leading JAAN by Kirk Westaway, a Michelin Star restaurant, since December 2011. Responsible for overseeing a restaurant team of 30, Kirk has pioneered innovative restaurant concepts, such as #ReinventingBritish and A Casual British pop-up, while managing branding, marketing, and client engagement initiatives. Previous roles include Chef de Cuisine at JAAN, Chef at The Greenhouse Restaurant, Chef de Partie at D O M Restaurante, Sous Chef at Pattersons restaurant, and Melbourne Australia Chef at Restaurant Associates. Kirk Westaway's culinary education includes studies at Exeter College and Exmouth Community College, culminating in a GCSE.
