Mohamed Dawood

Mohamed Dawood is a highly experienced Information Technology professional with a robust history of leadership in various organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Information Technology Director at Accor since 2006, Mohamed oversees IT operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Previous roles include Area IT Director for Carrefour in Saudi Arabia and Egypt, where responsibilities encompassed ERP applications and network infrastructure management for a $150 million company. Earlier experience includes managing a data center at Nile Information & Communications Networks and serving as an IT Assistant for the United Nations, where project management and IT support were key functions. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Cairo University and a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Canterbury, complemented by certifications in Systems Engineering from various institutions.
